CLIMB: RHYTHM BOOTCAMP
A group fitness class that combines endorphin-inducing and calorie-incinerating cardio on the VersaClimber with focused strength component to fatigue abdominals + 1-2 specific muscle groups per class.
The class will be 70% cardio based on the climber and 30% strength utilizing resistance bands, dumbbells and body weight movements.
Cardio will incorporate the base CLIMB: RHYTHM format and will be focused on creating a communal cardio party atmosphere utilizing pace, resistance and choreography to differentiate movements.
Strength will always take a time-under tension approach with movement patterns ranging from 2 – 8 counts.
