CLIMB: RHYTHM

Our signature total body cardio class doesn’t just change bodies, it changes lives. Expect a fun total body workout with exhilarating music and epic choreography. You will incinerate calories, release endorphins and elevate your day. You select your individual VersaClimber to complete a calorie-incinerating, endorphin inducing vertical climbing workout set to curated tracks. (30 or 45 minute formats, check schedule to confirm offering.)

FUSION: LAB + CLIMB

Join us for the best of both worlds! We will start with a personalized HIIT experience in our strength LAB where you will rise together as a team using equipment and movement patterns that you won’t find anywhere else in DC. Think dynamic movement, circuit training and intentional weight lifting. Once you’re feeling maximum strength, you will transition over to our cardio CLIMB studio where you will reach new heights mentally and physically on our vertical climbers. Expect motivational instruction, personalized metrics and epic beats. 

Inclusive Community

LAB: ASS + ABS

Small group training guaranteed to strengthen and define glutes and abs. If you’re looking for a bigger butt and a tighter core, this is the class for you.

Sustainable Strength

CLIMB: RHYTHM BOOTCAMP

A group fitness class that combines endorphin-inducing and calorie-incinerating cardio on the VersaClimber with focused strength component to fatigue abdominals + 1-2 specific muscle groups per class.

The class will be 70% cardio based on the climber and 30% strength utilizing resistance bands, dumbbells and body weight movements. 

Cardio will incorporate the base CLIMB: RHYTHM format and will be focused on creating a communal cardio party atmosphere utilizing pace, resistance and choreography to differentiate movements. 

Strength will always take a time-under tension approach with movement patterns ranging from 2 – 8 counts.
