Women’s History Month 2019 Highlights

As we reflect back on our first Women’s Month, we are amazed by the number of strong, powerful and supportive women who call PULSE House home. As we move forward, we know that our entire community will continue to create a safe, inclusive and supportive space so everyone can create the very best versions of themselves. Here are three moments that really stood out for us this month:

1. Today’s Smash the Glass Ceiling Climb

The energy in today’s class was off the charts, so it’s no surprise that today’s class put up a record-breaking 57,000 cumulative feet! The mood in the room: focused, strong and supportive…proving once and for all that there’s nothing stopping the power of she.

2. International Women’s Day Wine Down at PULSE House

We celebrated International Woman’s Day with a special female empowerment climb. In addition to climbing, we sipped women-owned CRAFT kombucha cocktails, savored tacos from female founded Chaia and chilled out with relaxing facials from female-run Celedon Spa.

3. Self Care Sunday

We loved learning from author, educator and culinary disruptor Kristen Coffield, as we talked about the easiest life hacks to ensure we can fire on all cylinders.

Cheers to our amazing PULSE House community! Happy Women’s History Month!
